🕑Apartment Rules:
Check-in time: check-in after 3:00 PM (sometimes earlier, depending on guest departures), check-out before 11:00 AM. Staying in the apartment after 11:00 AM must be discussed with the manager in advance and is subject to an additional fee (if possible).
❌Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We take great care to keep our apartments clean and don't want to inconvenience guests with allergies. ❌Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in the apartment.
🟡We will ask for full payment for your reservation and a 5,000 ruble deposit 2-3 days before arrival.
Bed Linens: If you've booked for 1 or 2 people, you'll receive one set of linens per double bed. If you need additional linens, please let us know in advance, and we'll provide them for an additional fee..
